DoubleTime Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply specifically to DoubleTime, a private internal CRM, messaging, sales, project management, and dealer tools application owned and operated by Double D Steel Structures.
By accessing or using DoubleTime, approved users agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use DoubleTime.
1. Internal Use Only
DoubleTime is intended for authorized users of Double D Steel Structures only. Access is invite-only and may be granted, limited, suspended, or revoked at any time.
2. Authorized Accounts
Users may only access DoubleTime using an approved account. Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity under their account.
3. Acceptable Use
Users agree not to:
- Access or attempt to access data they are not authorized to view
- Share login credentials with another person
- Misuse customer, lead, project, quote, or messaging data
- Attempt to bypass security controls
- Use DoubleTime for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes
4. Customer and Lead Data
DoubleTime may contain customer, lead, project, quote, communication, and business-related information. Users must handle this information responsibly and only for legitimate business purposes related to Double D Steel Structures.
5. Messaging and Third-Party Integrations
DoubleTime may connect to third-party platforms, including Meta/Facebook Messenger, to help approved internal users view and respond to business communications from the authorized Double D Steel Structures Facebook Business Page.
Use of third-party integrations may also be governed by the terms and policies of those third-party platforms.

8. No Guarantee of Availability
Double D Steel Structures aims to keep DoubleTime available and functional, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. DoubleTime may be updated, modified, limited, or temporarily unavailable at any time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Double D Steel Structures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use DoubleTime.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of DoubleTime after changes are posted means the user accepts the updated Terms.
